Sgt. Civil Deputy

  Roxane Brugman - Began working for the Fayette County Sheriff's Office as a secretary on January 1, 1977. In February, 1983, she attended the Civil Process Training School at the Iowa Law Enforcement Academy and graduated with certification in Civil Process. Roxane then began her duties as a Civil Deputy. On July 3, 1995, she was promoted to the rank of Sergeant in the Civil Division.
